Job Description
- Design of plant and equipment for edible oil refining and bio-diesel processes.
- Project executions from the design, plant/equipment delivery to commissioning and handover.
- Procurement of technical equipment for projects.
- Assist in pre-projecting and sales of process solution.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably with more than 2 years’ experience in plant operation, engineering, maintenance of edible oil/biodiesel/oleochemical processing
- Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis and project executions.
- Experience in either of the following would be an added advantage: o operation units such as heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, filters, chiller, etc. o E&I, control system, process automation o Process vessels design and fabrication procedure. o CAD softwares
- Able to work independently and be a team player.
- Willing to travel.

Job Description
- Prepare process flowcharts, P&ID, piping layout and isometric drawings
- Prepare equipment, vessel drawings and equipment layout;
- Complies for preparing “as-built” drafts for any improvements of the plant facilities and other improvement projects with proper safekeeping of related documents;
- Knowledge of project specification and standards
- Familiar with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting standard design work
- Familiarity with roles played by other departments on projects
- Familiarity with basic knowledge of Piping material, pipe stress analysis, pipe support design principles and work processesResponsible for the accurate and timely preparation and submission of drawings;
- Compile and prepare technical manuals for projects
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Preferably with 3 or more years in vessel or process piping design experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical Industries;
- Able to produce detailed process vessel drawing and piping layout with minimal supervision;
- Proficient in AutoCad 2D, 3D and Autoplant; Familiar with P&ID for various system
- Conversant with International Code and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft and internet applications;
- Able to work independently and interact well as part of project team
