Job Description
- Design of plant and equipment for edible oil & fats refining, oleo-chemicals and bio-diesel process.
- Project executions from basic engineering, detailed engineering to plan commissioning and handover.
- Work closely with procurement team for the sourcing and purchase of project equipment.
- Liaise with Engineering and Customer Service Team for prompt respond to customers’ comment / feedback.
- Assist in pre-projecting and sales of process solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably with more than 2 years of working experience in edible oil or oleo-chemical processes and/ or in engineering services catered for the above industries.
- Technically competent in mechanical design, engineering analysis and project executions.
- Good Knowledge on the Industrial pressure equipment standard codes (ASME, DIN, JIS, TEMA etc);
- Selection and hands on experience in process equipment such as heat exchangers, vacuum systems, pumps, boilers, filters, chillers, control instruments, hydraulics system etc;
- Experience in process vessels design, fabrication and inspection;
- Basic knowledge in PLC and troubleshooting of electrical systems;
- Able to work independently and interact well as part of an integrated project team;
- Willing to travel overseas.

Job Description
- Create Process and Layout drawings for LIPICO Oils & Fats processing plants, Biodiesel plant, SAF PTU plants and Oleochemical plants in 2D/3D
- Prepare plant layout & process plant ISBL equipment
- Design and develop General Arrangement Drawings (GAD) of plant equipment mostly tanks, pressure vessels and heat exchangers
- Working closing with Project Engineers to create the P&ID drawings using AutoCAD P&ID
- Prepare specialized drawings for high-pressure and high temp pipe route, vapor duct, expansion joints, more (transitioning from 2D to 3D)
- Familiar with ASME pressure vessels code regulations and fabrication industry standards and practices
- Basic knowledge of Piping material, pipe stress analysis, pipe support design principles and work processes
- Responsible for the accurate, timely preparation and submission of drawings.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Proficient in AutoCad 2D/3D skills, familiar with P&ID for process plants
- Basic knowledge of tanks, pressure vessels, and shell & tube heat exchangers
- Strong attention to details and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Able to produce detailed process vessel drawing and piping layout with minimal supervision;
- Conversant with International Code and practices
- Preferably with 2 or more years in vessel, process piping design experience in related industries
- Fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD drafting skills are encouraged to apply.
